A professional service company is looking for a receptionist to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general reception duties
  • Pick up phone-calls and follow up guests’ enquires
  • Maintain the office’s supplies and do the ordering and recording
  • Assist in the appointments schedule at the office
  • Assist in video conferences set up
  • Perform any ad-hoc job duties as required
  • Collaborate with the internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree/Higher Diploma graduates are accepted
  • Excellent telephone and client- facing manner
  • Good in MS Office ( Word and Excel)
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • At least 2 years of working experience at office
