  • Perform reception duties including guests greeting, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team, including data entry, filing, office supplies administration and stationary ordering, etc
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above with relevant experience preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
