  • Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage reception area and meeting rooms scheduling 
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services
  • Provide office administrative support, including office supplies purchases and maintenance
  • Prepare reports and perform general clerical duties as required
  • Perform other ah-hoc tasks as assigned



  • F.6 standard / DSE or above
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience, experience gained in law firm will be an advantage
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
  • Knowledge of PC applications (incl MS Word, Excel and Outlook) and Chinese word processing
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, well-organized, pleasant and mature
