TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To perform receptionist duties such as greeting guests and handling phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support including data entry, hotel booking for visitors.
  • Organize conference room bookings.
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Proficient in spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Strong communication skill;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
