  • Deliver high quality, friendly, welcoming, assertive and hospitable services to all in-house clients
  • Work closely with all internal departments and points of interaction to ensure high quality service is delivered at all times
  • Manage meeting room booking arrangement
  • Proactively and assertively manage all direct client requests
  • Assist with setup and placement of equipments and office supplier
  • Coordinate with external catering service for clients
  • Arrange repair service with Building Management
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties
  • Able to work on shifts
  • Form 7 or above with 2 years working experience Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
  • Highly Presentable with outgoing personality and service-orientated mind-set
  • Team player with strong motivation, proactive and able to work in a fast paced and results-driven environment
