  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, record visitors details and advise the hosts
  • Ensure conference room is booked according to requirements
  • Assist tea services to the meeting rooms for both external and internal customers
  • Keep the Reception desks and areas tidy at all times
  • Ensure the meeting rooms kept in a clean and tidy state
  • Assist in all external or internal company events and meetings
  • Provide administrative support when necessary
  • Attend both on site and external training courses as and when necessary
  • Assist with training of new staff and /or support team members
  • Answer the telephone promptly and politely
  • Take messages/bookings and pass on any relevant information
  • Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality and integrity


  • At least 3 years of Receptionist experience
  • Relevant working experience in MNC, i-banking or sizable company
  • Fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skill to handle local and foreign users over the phone
  • Strong communication and multi-tasking skills, customer service oriented, Presentable
  • Good organizing & prioritization skills for meeting room bookings
  • Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Willing to work at different locations sometimes
  • Immediately available is definitely an advantage
