The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of a Multi-Function Room for the Head Office. He/ She will understand the need of visitors and internal users and deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to them at all times. Duties include greeting visitors to ensure they are well received and treated with courtesy, coordinating conference room bookings such as equipment setup and beverage service, handling incoming calls and enquires, taking accurate messages and ensuring follow up in a timely manner, and performing ad hoc assignment as required.


  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Customer oriented, positive attitude with passion of facing visitors
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills, sociable and able to communicate with people
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua preferable
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available preferred
