Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors and internal customers at the front desk
  • Handle telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate conference room bookings including equipment setup and beverage service
  • Provide other administrative support as assigned
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-year relevant experience preferably in sizable companies
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word-processing
  • Pleasant, mature and well-organized
