Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling phone calls inquiry in professional and polite manner
  • Provide general clerical support such as courier works, expenses claim, data input, order stationeries
  • Coordinate the works to Office Assistant for goods delivery, if need
  • Assist ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Job Requirements :

  • Fluent spoken in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Mature, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a reception/administrative role is a plus; consider less experience candidate as well
  • Form 5 or above
  • Polite, Flexible, initiative and multi-task
  • Good command of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Immediately available is preferred
