Job Purpose

  • Receive customers and visitors with professional manner at reception and handle general administrative duties assigned

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate parties or location
  • Greet visitors, monitor their access and maintain security awareness
  • Ensure that reception areas/meeting rooms are neat, tidy and in proper order
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operation of assigned areas


  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Reception or Administrative function
  • Presentable, pleasant personality with excellent telephone manner
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
