  • F.7 graduate or above;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferred in service industry;
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer services skills with cheerful and friendly character is highly preferred;
  • Pleasant, self-motivated, able to work independently;
  • Fluency in spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred;
  • Recent Graduate will also be welcome.


  • Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services;
  • Provide office administration duties and clerical supports such as liaising with office suppliers and monitoring of all conference and meeting rooms booking;
  • Control inventory, maintenance of office equipment and daily commodity;
  • Coordinate for procurement and vendors for office supplies, equipment, stationary and materials;
  • Prepare reports and perform general clerical duties;
  • Assisting in company activities and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
