RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle general reception duties including incoming/outgoing calls and mails, courier documents, conference room booking & receiving visitors, etc
  • Handle general administrative duties including maintenance of office calendar, equipment, order stationery & pantry supplies
  • Responsible for daily clerical work such as data entry, updating reports and filing documents;
  • Outdoor work will be required occasionally
  • Provide and support HR & Admin duties as well as any ad hoc assignment

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • School Certificates or above
  • With 1 years relevant experience is an advantage
  • Proactive, self-initiative, detail-minded and well-organized with positive working attitude
  • Good command in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese / English word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
