Receptionist

Core Responsibility:
  • Supervises the reception during office hours
  • Receives clients and visitors as and when they have meetings
  • Manages the day-to-day administration
  • Provides travel & expense guidance and support to colleagues
  • Supports and prepare regular reports to governance committees

 

Requirement:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in dealing with various teams
  • Proven ability to work timely and collectively
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Excellent all round computer skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
