Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle incoming calls, guest greeting in a professional manner;
  • Collect and distribute incoming mails/ documents and assist to arrange conference room bookings;
  • Responsible to cater and arrange drinks for Senior Manager and Meeting Rooms ;
  • Provide day-to-day administration duties;
  • Responsible to Company Lunch and internal events;
  • Other clerical duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above;
  • 1+ years of experience in Admin/Receptionist area;
  • Previous exposure of working in financial institutions is preferred;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is MUST;
  • Familiar with Windows Software applications;
  • Presentable, organized and responsible;
  • Immediately available preferred.
