Requirements

  • Greet guests and handle general reception duties
  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administration support to internal departments
  • Deliver full spectrum of office administrative function and coordinate with all departments on administrative related issues to ensure smooth office operations
  • Responsible for coordination of maintenance of office equipment, facilities
  • Responsible for Key Control
  • Responsible for supervision of Cleaner, either contract out or internal cleaning staff
  • Assist in general routine administrative duties, such as order stationery and sundries items
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in administration
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word processing
  • A good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentive to the details, well-organized, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Mature and adaptive
  • Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
