Responsibilities:
  • Greet and meet visitors
  • Handle incoming phone calls and divert to corresponding parties
  • Arrange and maintain records of incoming, outgoing delivery and office supplies
  • Support office administration work
  • Responsible for meeting room booking

Qualification:
  • F.5 graduate with 3 years’ relevant working experience gained from multinational company
  • Presentable, patient, responsive and responsible
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin We offer guaranteed 13 months’ pay and comprehensive benefit scheme.
