  • Handle receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering phone calls and managing mailingsand maintain contact lists.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Handle expense claim, daily office management tasks.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Work closely with administration department.
  • Assist in all official duties such as filing, data entry and office equipments, etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.


  • Diploma or above with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Punctuality, sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills.
  • Responsible, initiative, able to work independently and able to work under pressure.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
