- Perform general reception duties including phone calls and customers enquiries
- Provide general office administration and clerical support
- Handle e-mails
- Data entry, update and file documents
- Form 5 or above
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese processing applications
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Professional telephone manners
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, responsible and organised
