Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception and office facilities in neat and tidy manner
• Handle telephone calls and greet guests / visitors in a professional manner, serve drinks when required
• Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of local and overseas parcels/mails
• Maintain daily attendance record; prepare monthly rosters
• Monitor and maintain stationery & pantry supplies, order office consumables and arrange repair & maintenance when required
• Verify courier payment invoices, file updates and prepare monthly reports
• Liaise with building management office, vendors and service providers
• Coordinate and monitor office cleaning and pest control service 
• Assist in organizing company events when necessary
• Handle travel arrangement, including air ticket, hotel booking, car pick-up service, visa application, etc.
• Assist in office administrative functions as assigned by supervisor

  Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years receptionist and/or office admin experience, preferably gained in MNC/Retail/Garment sector.
• Prior experience in handling travel arrangement an advantage.
• Pleasant, polite, self-initiative with positive working attitude. A team player
• Well organized. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• G ood command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
