Receptionist

Crowe (HK) CPA Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests in a professional and polite manner
  • Handle telephone calls, enquiries and arrange courier service
  • Coordinate meeting rooms’ schedule and booking
  • Assist in arranging internal document transfer
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

  Requirements:  

  • Form 5 or HKDSE
  • 1 year receptionist or clerical experience
  • Knowledge in MS Office & Chinese WP
  • Speak English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
  • Recent graduates will also be considered
