  • Handle incoming calls in a timely manner and take message accurately.
  • Greet visitors as soon as they arrive in a professional manner.
  • Manage and monitor meeting rooms reservation.
  • Serve tea and snacks for meetings or client visits.
  • Handle courier delivery and mailing services on occasional basis.
  • Assist in office administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  • Minimum of two years’ working experience of Receptionist or Customer Service preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
