  • Perform general reception duties such as handling telephone calls, answering reception enquiries and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Provide clerical and administrative support such as data entry, courier and mailing arrangement and office supplies procurement
  • Organize and coordinate meeting rooms reservation (Monitor the usage and “No Show")
  • Maintain tidiness of workspace and office facilities
  • Liaise with management office (e.g. air-conditioning, cleaning services) 
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned


  • HKCEE/DSE or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in sizable organization
  • Hands-on experience in reception, customer service or administration is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with professional telephone manner
  • Well-organized, responsible, polite and pleasant
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
