Receptionist/Admin Assistant (Trading Company)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling reception duties such as greeting visitors, telephone and courier services.
  • To handle all incoming and outgoing mails and office correspondence.
  • To arrange office stationary and sundry supplies
  • Provide additional administrative support to other teams as required
  • Ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 – 7 or HKDSE in any disciplines
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in a trading firm
  • Good command in written and spoken English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software
  • High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.
  • Willing to learn and expand horizons.
