  • Handle full spectrum of Receptionist; meeting room arrangement; provide tea   services for executives, guests and visitors;
  • To supervise office assistant for daily routines;
  • Answer the phone; handle the incoming mails, courier and mailing services;
  • Handle full spectrum of general office administrative duties, e.g. office supplies, facilities repair & maintenance, procurement, office renovation, office tidiness etc.;
  • To assist in organizing company activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 3 years relevant work experience;
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently &reliable;
  • Mature, proactive and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word-processing;
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
