Our client, one of the world's leading private equity and investment advisory firms is urgently looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join for a maternity leave coverage assignment from July to November 2018.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and correspondence
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Greet visitors, prepare refreshments and maintain meeting room tidiness
  • Setup video conference calls and presentation on screen
  • Provide administrative support including postage service and courier arrangement, internal telephone list update, maintain inventory of stationary supplies, update and filing documents, office and equipment maintenance coordination
  • Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and courier documents
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities
  • Provide clerical support to the Executive Assistants when needed
  • Be part of any Firm's ad-hoc duties and projects

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 5 years of receptionist related working experience
  • Experience in working for international or professional firms preferred
  • Self-motivated, presentable, detail oriented and flexible
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
