Our client, one of the world's leading private equity and investment advisory firms is urgently looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join for a maternity leave coverage assignment from July to November 2018.
Handle incoming telephone calls and correspondence
Manage meeting room bookings
Greet visitors, prepare refreshments and maintain meeting room tidiness
Setup video conference calls and presentation on screen
Provide administrative support including postage service and courier arrangement, internal telephone list update, maintain inventory of stationary supplies, update and filing documents, office and equipment maintenance coordination
Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mails and courier documents
Assist in organizing company events and activities
Provide clerical support to the Executive Assistants when needed
Be part of any Firm's ad-hoc duties and projects
Diploma holder or above
Minimum 5 years of receptionist related working experience
Experience in working for international or professional firms preferred
Self-motivated, presentable, detail oriented and flexible
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
