Job Descriptions:

  • Perform general receptionist duties such as screening phone call, greeting visitors, handleing incoming telephone calls, courier and mail arrangement
  • Provide office administration duties and clerical supports such as liaising with office suppliers
  • Handle travel bookings, hotel accommodation and visa application
  • Assist in company activities and othe as-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, fiexible and good communication skills
  • Immediately available an advantage
