The appointee will assist in providing administrative and coordination support to the sports club and retired staff management. Other duties include but not limited to planning and implementing the regular group events, club's activities, charity events, preparing auto-pay document for course fees and donations, recording and filing. He/She will be conducting regular check of the facilities for maintaining the quality standard of the clubhouse. He/She will assist in completing the evaluation report after each activity and events, handling the enquiries for the retired staff, updating the retiring employee list and maintaining the database.
Applicants should have a Degree in Recreation Management or Leisure Studies. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential. Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must. Applicants should also be holder of valid first aid certificate.
