Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing administrative and coordination support to the sports club and retired staff management, including but not limited to plan and implement the regular group events, club's activities, charity events, prepare auto-pay document for course fees and donations, as well as record and file
  • Conducting regular check of the facilities for maintaining the quality standard of the clubhouse
  • Assist in completing the evaluation report after each activity and events
  • Handling the enquiries for the retired staff, updating the retiring employee list and maintaining the database
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Recreation Management or Leisure Studies
  • 1 year of experience in event management and recreation field. Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  • A holder of valid first aid certificate
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Independent and able to work under tight schedules

Place of work :
1. Central (Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. – 18:00p.m.)
