We are urgently looking for an experienced Recruiter. This person will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle for various positions at PressLogic Group and support the Human Resources Team.
  • Full spectrum of recruitment process - to source, recruit, screen, assess, interview and recommend
  • candidates for respective Line of Businesses
  • Develop candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
  • Manage usage of agency levels, ensuring direct sourcing strategies are integral to sourcing plans
  • Executes local staffing project for hub countries
  • Handle ad hoc Talent Acquisition and HR projects as assigned
  • Degree holder with a min of 3 years’ experience in talent sourcing gained fast-paced work
  • environment or agency recruitment environment
  • Skilful in handling high-volume recruitment activities and hard-to find positions
  • Proven track record in creating technical teams in a start-up like environment
  • Self-motivated and strong team player with the ability to build a relationship with all levels
  • Solid experience in and knowledge of the media / IT industry
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
