  • Develop and manage recruitment process effectively from posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arrange interviews, confirming offer and recruitment project management
  • Assist in coordination with internal and external parties
  • All rounded administrative work and general secretarial support
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, air-tickets, visas, restaurant table bookings
  • Assist in personal issues, such as arrange payments for expenses…etc.
  • Maintain business documents in professional and discreet manner
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the executive 


  • F.5 graduate or above, formal secretarial training is preferred
  • At least 1 year experiences on providing full secretarial & admin support to the management team
  • Effectively maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, diligent, responsible, independent and reliable.
  • Willing to work overtime and work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good team player and able to communicate with all levels of staff
