This role requires tenacity to become an all-rounded HR-BUSINESS PARTNER

You need to be creative in sourcing, attracting & onboarding all level of candidates from Retail, Corporate, Product Groups in HK/Macau, China & Overseas Markets. Providing full range of HR services including Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Staff Relation and Communications, CSR & Employee Engagement activities, Campus talks/recruitment to designated operating groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with your designated business stakeholders to understand their business critical needs in manpower planning, budget costs & control efficiency within different locations, talent acquisition and provide appropriate human resources advice / support proactively.
  • Assist in implementation of various HR initiatives, including employer branding, performance management, employee engagement programs, staff secondment
  • Prepare and update various regular HR related reports, as well as O-charts of different organization groups in quality and timely manner
  • Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, annual salary review, customer satisfaction survey and 360 degree feedback
  • Review and update staff handbook to ensure policies are compliant with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance

Requirements:

  • Role requires someone who is dedicated & can “THINK BIG"
  • Highly proactive, detail-minded, and well organized.
  • Willing to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business sense, management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in human resources, preferable from Fashion Retail industry, candidate with experience gained from recruitment agencyis highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
