1. Assisting recruitment manager to improve recruiting system of company.

2. Working out recruiting plan in alignment with the strategic objective, long term-hiring plan and developments of company.

3. Drawing up recruitment information and posting advertisement.

4. Responsible for searching and selecting resume, pre-test, 1st interview and related other jobs.

5. Establishing and maintaining the database of candidates.

6. Dealing with the related procedure of talents` engagement.

7. In charge of communicating with headhunter, following and managing the candidates recommended by headhunter, managing the service provided by headhunter.


The candidates should be qualified with following skills,


1. well up in communication, English, Chinese and Cantonese.

2. At least 2-years experience on recruitment or headhunting.

3. IT related recruiting experience will be preferred.
