What You’ll Do

You’ll be tasked with supporting our recruiters and hiring managers to help build great teams, ensure a positive onsite interview experience for all candidates and spread #UberLOVE wherever needed
  • Manage scheduling for interviews, campus events, hackathons, and other campus recruiting-related events
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruiting processes which includes scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, working with administrative assistants, and hosting candidates when they come onsite
  • Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assist/coordinate any other candidate needs
  • Assist with finding ways to improve and optimize scheduling process by partaking in RC special projects
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Team and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Spread the UberLOVE! Help coordinate and attend recruiting and networking events where needed

What You Are

  • You're obsessive about candidate experience. You are self aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You’re respectful of the candidate and understand how stressful a job hunt can be.
  • You're a charismatic people person who can talk to anyone. You're flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.
  • You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew - even if that means you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.

What You'll Need
  • Preferably 0-2 of prior experience in a customer facing/administrative role or in recruiting.
  • Technically savvy, with ICIMS or other ATS experience preferred.
  • Degree or equivalent work experience.
