Recruitment & Administration Assistant (Fresh Grad Welcome)
Job Duties:
- Supporting Provide daily office administration and clerical support for the Department
- Assist consultant in recruitment and selection process, including, candidates searching & screening, CV preparing, and interview arrangement
- To handle the ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- A pass in English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE
- Good command of both written in English and Chinese
- Pleasant and polite, self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with common sense and good telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available preferred
