Recruitment Administration Specialist - TH

  • Manage various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner
  • Interview arrangements and communication of interview details to interviewers and candidates
  • Assist with room bookings in the local office and other APAC offices (when required)
  • Maintenance of all applicant tracking systems
  • Management of job postings on both internal and external career portals
  • Processing of invoices for onsite recruitment team
  • Preparation of vendor agreements (both PSL and one-off agreements)
  • Assisting with MIS and reporting when necessary
  • Participating in regional projects
  • Ad hoc requests from the onsite recruitment team

Position Requirements


  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment supporting/administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and liaise with senior management
  • Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
  • Good communication skills including telephone manner
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Must have attention to detail
