Our Hong Kong office now holds close to 45 individuals with over 30 consultants & a ratio of 1 senior manager to every 6 consultants. We are primarily looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years’ experience, preferably in sales or existing recruitment consultants who are dedicated to doing sales!

Role’s Requirements:

  • A clear understanding of recruitment

  • Willing to work hard and go the extra mile
  • Well organised and able to manage your time efficiently
  • A background of working towards KPIs
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates welcome


Role’s Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Draft and publish job adverts
  • Publicize job openings and status updates on LinkedIn and social media
  • Source and screen CVs, interview candidates for vacancies
  • Market mapping and “Business Development"
  • Undertake reference checks
  • Negotiate salaries and contracts
