Your new role
Currently we have an opportunity in our highly successful Teams as a Recruitment Consultant. We’re keen to speak with motivated job seekers who are inquisitive and passionate about helping people.

On a daily basis you’ll be working together with our expert team and collaborating with world-leading multinationals to find the professionals they are looking for.

You will be responsible for developing your personal brand as an expert in your field and map your market in an effective and efficient way. You will meet with existing and new clients on a weekly basis to establish strong relationships and a thorough understanding of their business need. You will also be responsible for proactively sourcing for candidates through various channels, interviewing them by using our effectively proven interviewing methodology and represent them to your clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The individuals we are looking for are curious and take self-initiative in expanding their industry knowledge. You are able to think outside of the box to attract the best candidates for your clients. As a people person you’re a natural in building strong relationships and you enjoy exceeding set targets to increase market share and profile yourself as the go-to person in your field.
