Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at PageGroup you will be:

• Responsible for 360 recruitment for our warm and high-performing IT Contracting desk

• Maintain and grow strong candidate and client relationships, offering exceptional customer service

• Also grow your desk by consistent business development to open up new clients

• Identify contracting needs with clients and supplying them excellent candidates in a short time frame

• Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards

• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in agency recruitment within the IT discipline preferred but not essential

• Passionate about driving your desk forwards with an eagerness to learn and develop

• Track record of building strong and long lasting commercial relationships with candidates and clients

• Driven individual who wants to succeed and celebrate wins with the team, striving for common goals

• A genuine team player who wants to make a difference

• Accomplished 360 recruiter who aspires to be the go to recruiter in their field

• Sales orientated mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the associate consultant position.
