For too long, employment agencies have been making money from doing a bad job. Employers are charged for bad customer service, while agencies secretly charge domestic helpers too. This illegal practice leaves domestic helpers in debt bondage and it fails employers. But we saw another way. We set up Fair Employment Agency in 2014 - a new kind of domestic helper agency that would not charge fees to workers. From a small, start-up idea four years ago, we now employ over 20 full-time staff members, place 100 domestic helpers a month, and have saved 2,700 domestic helpers over US$4.1 million in recruitment debt! As demand for our business grows, we are expanding our team. We are now looking for a talented, friendly and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join us.
What does a Recruitment Consultant do?
Interview and evaluate employers and workers who have applied to use our services
Match potential workers with suitable employers
Keep track of customer engagement via our Recruitment Management system
Be responsible for communication with employers and workers
Follow-up with both employers and workers after deployment
Market FEA’s services to employers and workers
Improve our service offerings by recommending new policies and practices
