The Firm

A medium sized US law firm is currently expanding their Hong Kong branch, with a volume of recruitment for both professional and graduate recruitment will occur in the coming 6 months. In respond to the rapid growth of the firm, is urgently seeking for an energetic and responsible talent as a Recruitment Administrator to support all recruitment coordination and related administration work. 

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be closely working with another HR Officer for all recruitment coordination and related administration work.

Campus recruitment will be one of the key elements of this 6-months contract, you will be assisting in the law fair preparation such as preparing handout materials, communicating with law schools, communicating with marketing department for souvenirs production, arranging related transportation and logistics, scheduling interviews and updating candidates’ information on HR system.

Other HR administration support for professional hiring will be cross checking track record on resume submission from recruitment service providers, preparing headcounts reports, scheduling interviews, meeting rooms booking, preparing tests, printing / copying candidates’ information such as certificates and reference letters, preparing offer letters and other related paper work.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline with at least a year HR or Administration working experience
  • Studying / Training in HR Management will be a significant benefit
  • Welcome candidates from professional services / banking industries
  • Good communication ability in both Cantonese and English will be required
  • Good team player who is detail minded, friendly, organized and responsible
  • Candidates who are immediately will be highly preferred
