This Recruitment Coordinator role is based onsite with a Global Investment Bank in Singapore. Your role will be to provide expertise and support to the onsite recruitment team. You’ll be a team player who acts with integrity and self-awareness, avoids shortcuts, and respects and values intelligence and diversity. The ability to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders will stand you in good stead for this role, and so will the ability to initiate action and accomplish outcomes in the face of multiple demands.
You will be a recruitment process expert, assisting in the execution of the recruitment process through coordination, resume and phone screening, scheduling and booking interviews and reference checking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully are essential. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-focused administration / co-ordination role is essential. Understanding of the financial markets sector will be advantageous.
