To facilitate business growth we currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in our Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate who would like to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Prior in-house recruitment experience will be ideal but not essential.
To be considered for this position you must have:

* An ability to learn rapidly
* A strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard
* An ability to work as a team and maintain a happy and cordial demeanour under pressure
* A strong customer service ethic
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other general business administration degree
* Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
You will be provided with full guidance and training, whilst progressing through the process of becoming a trusted member in the Human Resources team. In return you will be diligent, hard-working and take real pride in producing quality work as well as having the desire and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients.
The role will have you take full responsibility of the end-to-end recruitment process for a dedicated business line in CBRE, ensure accurate communications to prospective employees, coordinate background screening and report candidate status to stakeholders.
