About the role

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process for dedicated BU
  • Provide advice to top management from function expert perspective to identify the talent needs, development, and improvements
  • Act as company ambassador and create high quality candidate experience in the market
  • Develop creative campaigns and marketing strategies to attract talents across the world, with use of multiple channels like career websites, social media platforms, career seminars etc
  • Responsible for graduate trainee & internship program from campus recruitment, candidate assessment to on-boarding
  • Initiate, create, and drive the talent acquisition and talent development projects like employer branding, employee value propositions etc.

About the person

  • Bachelor degree holder with human resources or related disciplines
  • With 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions in sizeable corporations
  • Exceptional communication skills with out-going and cheerful personality
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions to senior stakeholders
  • Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
