Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to implement recruitment strategic plans and tactics
  • Responsible for the overall recruitment activities for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring budgets
  • Manage and supervise the candidate database, prepare reports and analysis
  • Develop and review recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and HR effectiveness in line with corporate objective and goals
  • Identify future talent needs, develop strategy and adopt feasible measures to meet future organizational talent demand
  • Prepare, review and analyze manpower related management reports

Job Recuirements :

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years recruitment experience from fast pace environment, preferably retail industry 
  • Sound knowledge in HK employee ordinance and related legislation
  • Excellent communication skill and sense of planning and organizing
  • Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
