To support their growing business, they are currently looking for a self-driven, dedicated, and proactive candidate to take up the Researcher position, supporting the Consultants on market mapping and candidate connections.
Reporting directly to the Team Manager, your objective is to manage a 180-degree recruitment process with the goal of strong market mapping, developing connections with senior executives as candidates and achieving team targets. You will represent the team to source candidates using a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs, manage candidate expectations during the recruitment process, generate detailed and comprehensive candidate reports for client's selection. You will act as an expert in the industry to answer candidate needs and enquiries.
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree. We welcome candidates with 2-5 years of experience, coming from commercial / professional services industry, candidates with experience from financial services experience will be a plus.
He/she is expected to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You must have fluent-level English communication skills, with a genuine passion in meeting new people and developing new relationships.
