  • Provide end-to-end professional recruitment service from hiring needs identification, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing candidates to presenting offers;
  • Formulate and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs, and drive for effectiveness and efficiency result;
  • Partner with line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria, budget and sources;
  • Constantly review, improve and execute recruitment process and use new and effective methods to attract talent;
  • Explore potential recruitment channels and social medias sites, and build the recruitment brand, and evaluate the effectiveness;
  • Develop all potential talent pipeline and database with diversity and quality;
  • Conduct market research relating to recruitment, and Compensation and Benefits;
  • Responsible for HK and China talent recruitment;
  • Partner with HR & Training teams to ensure talents being attracted, retained and developed to meet business growth and needs;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments by management.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, or related management disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of hands on and relevant recruitment experience preferably in HK and China recruitment experience in multi-national companies and diversify business like manufacturing, web sales;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, and Cantonese/Mandarin;
  • Willing to travel in China
  • Knowledge of HK and China Labor ordinance;
  • Good time management, good interpersonal and communication skills, result-oriented.
