Recruitment Trainee / Internship (Jun to Aug 2018)

  • Assist Manager to develop and manage relationship with clients and to support their market expansion efforts
  • Identify quality talents and manage whole recruitment process
  • Responsible for all recruitment activities, including talent attraction, screening, interviewing and follow up
  • Make recommendations on best methods of sourcing talents
  • Develop recruitment strategies and manpower planning
  • Develop and maintain database of candidate pool and manage recruitment-related reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Year 3 or above in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Flexible and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
  • Excellent PC skills, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Highly self-motivated, analytical thinking, meticulous and a good team player
  • Excellent commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidate who can work from Jun to Aug 2018 is preferred
