  1. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Business Partner in building/supporting global recruitment activities, acting as the go-to person for balancing the recruiting ecosystem ensuring smooth operations
  2. Be the main point of contact for Hiring Managers and Candidates by supporting interview scheduling, notify candidates of interview times, sending CVs to hiring managers for review, writing up candidate reports and ensuring all parties of the interview are fully briefed.
  3. Collect feedback from Hiring Manages after interviews and upload in relevant hiring system/database.
  4. Advertise all open positions on the internal ATS and or external careers sites in a timely manner
  5. Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real time, add new candidates to the system, keeping the system records true and accurate
  6. Participate in recruitment researching activities such as market mapping, salary and market research
  7. Support the team in maintenance of reports and other ad hoc tasks



  1. Undergraduate in HR/Psychology, Business Management and technology disciplines 
  2. A plus if you have worked in a tech company with firm understanding of the recruitment/sales support environment, full training will be provided
  3. Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude, act as the gel within the team but also can work independently.
  4. Google office (mail/drive) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) literate
  5. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
  6. Immediate availability is preferred
