Reporting to the APAC Deputy General Manager, you will play a key role in account management by focusing on multinational corporations and campaigns management with the vision and able to develop strong client relationship. You will be responsible to manage day to day responses of product related escalations and ensure client satisfaction. The position will also work with internal team members and other internal cross-functional departments to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
