Regional Administration Manager - Facilities & Project Mgmt

Job Description:

A multinational Hi Tech enterprise is inviting high calibre candidate to join their Regional Office.
Reporting to Head of HR & Admin, the incumbent will manage regional renovation and relocation projects for their office expansion.

Responsibilities:


Handle all-rounded administration duties such as facilities & security management, renovation projects, insurance, budget control, vendor management for APAC offices.
Review all the policies and activities of administration services.
Participate in various regional administration projects.
Prepare monthly report of usage statistics and reports for management review.
Assist in other ad hoc HR projects.


Job Requirements:

University graduate.
Minimum 8 years Admin experience in multinational companies.
Extensive experience in handling renovation and relocation projects.
Good experience in handling HR projects.
Regional exposure would be a plus.
Energetic, stable, well organised and independent.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel.
Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
